Throughout 2022-23, our esteemed flagship program, Project Kaushal, remained dedicated to empowering marginalized and disadvantaged communities. We accomplished this by delivering the following impactful initiatives:
1. E – Saksharta Campaign for the Community: We conducted an extensive E-Saksharta campaign, reaching out to the community to enhance digital literacy. By providing access to essential digital skills, we enabled individuals to navigate the digital landscape confidently.
2. Digital Unify and Inclusion Program for 3000 Children: Our Digital Unify and Inclusion Program focused on children, ensuring that every young mind had the opportunity to thrive in the digital world. Through this initiative, we fostered inclusivity and provided children with the necessary tools to embrace technology.
3. Skill Training Courses for 2000 Youth: To uplift the prospects of the youth, we offered skill training courses that were carefully tailored to meet their specific needs. Through these courses, we aimed to empower the youth and equip them with valuable skills for a successful future.
In 2021-22
We empowered marginalized communities through early orientation courses, digital exposure, and employability-focused IT training.

We addressed the digital divide and strengthened the ICT skills of our beneficiaries.
In 2023-24
We aim to narrow the digital divide and boost ICT proficiency in underserved communities through tailored training, empowering them with competence and self-reliance.

Objectives
Introducing a Transformative STEM Education and ICT Training Program for 3000 Children:
- Empowering Children with ICT Skills: Our program aims to enable and enhance basic ICT skills for children in schools in remote Delhi NCR areas. We empower them to navigate the digital world confidently by providing essential digital literacy.
- Unleashing Creativity through STEM Labs: We are dedicated to setting up STEM Labs in schools, fostering more robust aptitude, and nurturing transformative skill sets. These labs will cultivate creativity, logical thinking, analytical skills, teamwork, and an innovative student mindset.
- Embracing Future-Focused Courses: Our program seeks to expand children’s understanding and exposure to cutting-edge courses like coding, artificial intelligence, and robotics. By introducing these subjects, we inspire them to embrace future-focused fields.
- Aligning with National Education Policy: In line with the National Education Policy 2020, we empower schools and teachers to integrate technology training into their curriculum effectively. Our efforts aim to prepare students for a digitally-driven future.
- Our digital literacy campaign promotes digital skills among non-IT literates above 14 years residing in remote locations and marginalized communities. By empowering them with digital knowledge, we aim to foster active participation in the democratic process and elevate their quality of life.
- Our mission is to enable non-IT literates to access a world of information, knowledge, and skills through digital devices. By providing them with the tools to navigate the digital realm, we empower them to seize new opportunities and broaden their horizons.
- Our skill training courses aim to provide 2000 marginalized youth from underrepresented sections of society with access to quality, need-based training in th months. Leveraging cutting-edge technology, we enable them to acquire essential skills for a brighter future.
- By enhancing employability by 40%, our program seeks to uplift the quality of life for students and the community. We focus on empowering those currently unprepared and underrepresented in the workforce, opening doors to new opportunities.
- Addressing the mismatch between aptitude and interest among school students, our initiative promotes vocational training programs from grade 6 onwards. Through these programs, we help young minds discover their passion and potential, setting them on the path to success.
