Research In Homoeopathy

Recently We have already successfully completed three years study on “Double Blind Placebo Controlled Trial of Indicated Homoeopathic Medicines in Management of Withdrawals of Drug Dependants” sponsored by CCRH (Central Council For Research In Homoeopathy). Now we are a recognized institute for conducting research in homoeopathy by CCRH.
 

Research Results

It is concluded that Homoeopathic Medicines have significantly acted better than the placebo groups in the acute manifestation Of Opiate Drug Dependents.

1. Medicines worked faster than control group in most of the symptoms
2. Homoeopathic Medicines are effective in the management of Withdrawal Symptoms.
3. Arsenic album, Nuxvom & Rhustox are the more frequently indicated remedies.
4. Comparative efficacy of these three medicines, should be explored further.
5. Overall environment plays very important role in controlling the withdrawals as has been seen in the Control Group.
6. Given the nature of the illness of Drug Abuse, Homoeopathic mode of treatment is better than substitution therapies being practiced.
