Community Outreach:-
Citizens have a duty to help keep their communities drug free without condemning those who are struggling to become drug free themselves. Thus, community education in the form of drug prevention campaigns to impress upon the public, the dangers and enormous social and personal costs of drug abuse, sensitization on addicts’ needs, recovery process etc is done on regular basis as follows:-

1. Workplace prevention programmes
- To Aware the workers, residents, general public on drug abuse and alcoholism and related issues in the industrial units in Noida & DTC Depots.

Activities done:-
- Lectures, corner meetings, question answer sessions, meeting with General Managers, etc.

2. Community & School Based Primary Prevention work under Project G-86 from UNODC.
- 1000 students of 10 Schools & 100 community members covered under this
project.

Activities done: -
- Filling up the KABP (Knowledge Attitude Behaviour Pattern) Questionnaire.
- Taking the input session based on the theme of “I-Decide” “I Won’t Take Drugs”.

3. Awareness Programme for Female Partner of Drug Users under Project I-49.
- Identify Female Partner of Drug Users under this project.

Activities done:-
- Make SHG (Self Help Group) for the female family members of Drug Addicts.
- Filling up the questionnaires related to females reproductive health & drugs
history for her spouse.
- Taking life narrative for the injecting drug users
